Michigan's Stacey Thomas set a school record with 10 steals against Northwestern, Feb 27, 2000.

Purdue junior Katie Douglas became the first junior in Purdue history to accumulate 1000 points, 500 rebounds, 300 assists and 200 steals.  She is the third Boilermaker woman to achieve that.

Michigan State senior Kristen Rasmussen became the school's all-time rebounding leader when she grabbed 14 against Minnesota on Feb 27, 2000.

The Michigan Wolverines set school records with 8 consecutives wins in Big Ten play, 8 consecutive wins at home and overall wins with 21. 

Jill Chapman became only the third sophomore in Indiana history to score 800 points and grab 400 rebounds in two season.  She finished the season with 891 points and 454 rebounds.

Minnesota freshman Lindsay Leisure set the school record for three point field goals made in a season when she hit her 64th against Iowa on Feb 20

Wisconsin senior Kelley Paulus scored her 1000th point against Minnesota on Feb 9, 2000

Iowa junior point guard Cara Consuegra became the second woman in Big 10 history to record a triple double when she scored 17 points, grabbed 1 rebounds and handed out 10 assists against Indiana on Feb 3, 2000.

Indiana coach Jim Izard won his 350th game against Iowa on Feb 3, 2000.  Izard has an overall record of 188-158 at Indiana.  However he is 84-125 in Big Ten games, the second worst record of any league coach.

Penn State junior Lisa Shepherd scored her 1000th career point against Ohio State on Jan 20, 2000

Penn State coach Rene Portland won her 450th game at Penn State when her team defeated Illinois on Jan 13

Purdue's Katie Douglas scored her 1,000th point against Penn State on Jan 6, 2000.  She did it 79 games which ties her with Carol Emmanuel for fourth fastest in Purdue history.  She is in line become the first Purdue junior to score 1,000 points, pull down 500 rebounds, dish out 300 assists and grab 200 steals before the end of her junior year.

Penn State senior Helen Darling scored her 1000th point against Auburn on Dec 11, 1999

Michigan forward Stacey Thomas became the Big 10's all time steal leader on Dec 8.  She passes Wisconsin's Keisha Anderson, who had 327.  Thomas now has 329 thefts.

Illinois coach Theresa Grentz won her 550th game in the Illini's win over Iowa on Dec 7.

Ohio State junior Jamie Lewis dished out her 300th assist on Dec 19.  She is currently sixth on the OSU career list.

Michigan State junior Becky Cummings grabbed her 400th career rebound against North Carolina on Dec 19th.  She is sixteenth on the all-time MSU rebounding list.

Illinois coach Theresa Grentz became the winningest coach in Illinois history with her team's victory over Kansas Dec 18.  Her record at Illinois is 84-48.

Penn State guard Helen Darling scored her 1,000th point on Dec 11 in a game against Auburn.  She is the 21st player in Penn State history to hit that plateau.

Michigan State forward Kristen Rasmussen grabbed her 700th career rebound against Illinois State on Dec 2.  She is currently in fifth place on the all-time Spartan rebounding list and is one of only four Spartans to score over 1,000 points and pull down 700 rebounds in her career.

Wisconsin coach Jane Albright won her 100th game at Wisconsin Dec 2 at UW-Green Bay.  She is 100-63 in her sixth year as the Badgers' coach.

Wisconsin junior LaTonya Sims scored her 1,000th point against Rutgers on Nov 27.  She took 66 games to hit the 1000 point mark.  Only all-time leading Wisconsin scorer Barb Franke did it faster, hitting 1000 points in her 64th game. 

Illinois senior Tauja Catchings scored her 1,000th point Nov 15 against Western Michigan.  It took her 100 games to hit that mark.
